This was a hard decision, but I just had to go with Sylveon.  It’s such an adorable design and I really like the idea of a fairy type evolution (now let’s getting Fighting, Ghost, and Dragon Eevees, Nintendo!)

Other Eeveelutions that I like almost as much as Sylveon is Umbreon and Vaporeon.
